As all of your items are antique, what condition will my piece be in?
All of our items are antique pieces, the age could be anything from 10 years old to 100 years old. This means that they have been used and loved. You may see ‘defects’, however we don’t see these as defects, instead we see them as part of the history of the piece. We do not to sell anything that is heavily defected or broken. If you would like a condition report of a particular piece, please let us know.
I like the style of an item but it is not quite right…
We love to source special pieces but there is nothing more exciting than being asked to find a specific piece and actually finding it! So if you are looking for a particular painting composition, a frame and mount, or even a collection of glassware in a specific style then please ask us and we would love to help you find what you are after.
What if my items arrives broken?
If you receive broken items please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it.
How much does delivery cost?
For the time being we are only able to ship within the UK. We are offering free delivery to all addresses in London (within the M25). We also offer collection from our office in central London.
I want to gift one of your items but I am not sure which…
We offer gift cards should you wish for your recipient to make their own choice.
What is your return policy?
We hope that you love your new purchase, if this is not the case then we do accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item. Please email us at info@clementineparker.com and we will help you make the return or exchange. Please note we ask for the buyer to pay for the returns cost. Items must be in the same condition as they were sent and in its original packaging.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
*The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over who reside in the UK.
1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
2. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Closing date for entry will be 15th of July 2024. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
4. Winner will be chosen by 16th of July 2024.
5. The winner will be notified by Instagram, If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. CP will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered (delivery address must be within the UK).
7. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
